Refund Policy

In the case of transaction errors or order changes prior to shipping, Warehouse Cables, LLC will provide prompt refunds, generally within 1-2 working days. Credits resulting from product returns are subject to the terms specified under our Return Policy. Account inquiries can be made to:

Return Policy

Warehouse Cables, LLC will allow the return of certain products for credit or refund as per the Warranty Policy. Such returns may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee. Certain custom or build-to-order cables are non-cancelable and non-returnable (NCNR). The following procedures must be followed if the customer wishes to obtain a credit or refund for a returned item:

  1. The customer must obtain a return authorization number within thirty (30) days of original shipment.
  2. The return item(s) must be accompanied by a return authorization number and received at Warehouse Cables, LLC within (30) days of issue of the RGA number.
  3. The customer must pre-pay the shipping for returned items otherwise the shipment may be refused by Warehouse Cables, LLC.

Some items, if opened, may not be covered by this return policy. Returned items must be received in good saleable condition. Some items may also be subject to the manufacturers' return and warranty policy. In the case of defective items, Warehouse Cables, LLC reserves the right to receive, inspect, repair, replace or credit such returned items.
